Chef John enjoys making muffins. He made these pumpkin muffins a couple of weeks ago to take to his classmates. He's quite considerate like that. He says that he'll make some for me to take to work. I'm not a fan of pumpkin muffins, but I'm sure my colleagues will appreciate them. If they don't, I'll give them what's for.
