This weekend is Maureen's high school reunion. I'm not saying which since it's not polite to say it, but let's put it this way, my 20th is coming up in two year and I graduated 2-years after Maureen. Those of you who can put two and two together can figure it out.
On Saturday night, some of her classmates decided to have a pre-reunion dinner. Why? I cannot say. It makes no sense to me since they are going to see each other at lunch on Sunday. Anywho, Johnny and I stayed home and enjoyed some fine films on Pay Per View, JCVD (it's nice to see Jean Claude Van Damme in something that wasn't made in Eastern Europe for $1MM and the fact that he could poke fun at himself was quite nice. He does give a great monologue about his life.) and Goal 2: The Dream Continues (it's nice to see that Santiago helped Real Madrid win the European Cup final, but casting Nick Cannon as a star player for Arsenal made no sense). Actually, John fell asleep during JCVD and I continued to enjoy the films.
Maureen's getting ready for her luncheon and I haven't planned any activities for the boys. Maybe, I'll just let him run himself ragged in his little red car or I'll just let him jump around in his jumper for a while.
He's been a little off the last week since 3 new teeth are coming in. I don't blame him for being fussy or cranky, but Motrin for infants helps out quite a bit. He's had a few issues with bowel movements, but the Gerber prunes have been doing their job.
Finally, he enjoys watching Elmo's world. It's like there are subliminal messgages in the Elmo's World song. Look at the grin on the boy's face. He could catch flies with that open mouth as well.
